This website is operated by Dintakmo Technologies Ltd, a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland, company number 641230. Registered office: 27 The Glen, Kilnacourt Woods, Portarlington, Co. Laois, R32 D7X3. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We do not sell personal data, use it for automated decision-making, or add you to marketing lists without asking.
Visitor statistics
We produce aggregate, cookie-free statistics (such as page views, referring sites, device types and approximate country or city) from our own web server logs, on our own server, using the open-source tool GoAccess. IP addresses are anonymised before statistics are stored, no profile of individual visitors is created, and the statistics are not shared with anyone. Approximate location is derived using the IP Geolocation by DB-IP database (licensed under CC BY 4.0).
Who processes data on our behalf
- Microsoft Azure hosts this website (UK South region).
- Web3Forms relays contact-form submissions to our mailbox.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) provides analytics, only with your consent.
- Tawk.to provides live chat, only with your consent.
- Calendly and WhatsApp are used only if you choose to contact us through them, under their own privacy terms.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on an adequacy decision (such as for the UK, or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified US companies) or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to an engagement, in which case they are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required by Irish tax and company law. Web server logs are kept for up to 14 days. Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.
Cookies
The website itself does not need cookies to work. It stores your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask you again. The following cookies are set only if you click Accept:

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise any of these rights, email info@dintakmo.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, or at dataprotection.ie. We'd appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
Security
This site is served only over HTTPS with modern TLS and security headers. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond.
